Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3 5 years of FMCG sales experience, including supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and communication skills
- Good knowledge of sales execution, merchandising, and route to market operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools
- Valid driving license and ability to travel within assigned territory

Job Summary
- The Sales Supervisor – DRD (Cash Van) is responsible for leading a team of Van Sales Representatives (VSRs) to achieve sales, distribution, and execution targets within the assigned territory.
- The role focuses on driving market growth, developing customer relationships, coaching team members, and ensuring compliance with company sales and merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities
