About the Role
A Dubai-based Forex company seeks a Korean-speaking FX Sales Conversion Agent to promote products, convert leads, and build client relationships. Requires native Korean, mandatory Forex/CFD experience, and strong sales skills, with full relocation offered.

Responsibilities
- Promote the company's Forex and CFD products and services to prospective clients
- Convert high quality leads into active trading clients through consultative sales techniques
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Maximise client conversion and identify opportunities for future sales
- Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the client journey
- Stay up to date with financial markets, trading products, and industry developments
- Meet individual sales targets and KPIs while maintaining compliance
Requirements
- Native or fluent Korean, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in the Forex & CFD industry is mandatory
- Previous experience in a Conversion or Retention sales role within Forex/CFD
- Strong sales, negotiation, and objection handling skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and trading platforms
- Knowledge of global financial markets and online trading products

Requirements
- Native or fluent Korean, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in the Forex & CFD industry is mandatory
- Previous experience in a Conversion or Retention sales role within Forex/CFD
- Strong sales, negotiation, and objection handling skills
- Computer literate with good knowledge of standard office applications
- Ability to work in a target driven and fast paced environment
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
- Experience working with CRM systems and trading platforms
- Knowledge of global financial markets and online trading products
