Responsibilities
- Convert high quality leads into active trading clients using consultative sales techniques
- Promote the company's Forex and CFD products and services to prospective Korean speaking clients
- Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client onboarding journey
- Stay up to date with global financial markets, trading products, and industry developments
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Native or fluent proficiency in Korean (written and spoken)
- Good command of English for internal communication
- Proven previous experience in the Forex & CFD industry
- Demonstrated track record in a Conversion or Retention sales role within financial/trading sector
- Strong sales, negotiation, and objection handling skills
- Experience with CRM systems and trading platforms

Requirements & Qualifications
- Native or fluent proficiency in Korean (both written and spoken) is mandatory
- Good command of English required for internal communication
- Proven previous experience within the Forex & CFD industry is strictly mandatory
- Demonstrated track record in a Conversion or Retention sales role within the financial/trading sector
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection handling skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and popular trading platforms
- Excellent communication, relationship building, numerical, and analytical problem solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a high pressure, target driven, and fast paced environment
