Purpose
Build and operate the Infrastructure Data Foundation as the trusted knowledge platform underpinning AI across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and evolve the internal knowledge platform, including information architecture, metadata standards, semantic layer, and taxonomy.
- Build Snowflake data structures, ingestion pipelines, and AI-enabled search and retrieval capabilities with engineering.
- Maintain platform quality by ensuring information is complete, current, well-catalogued, and appropriately permissioned.
- Establish governance for document ownership, metadata, permissions, and lifecycle management across business functions.
- Monitor platform usage, improve adoption, and retire low-value AI applications.
- Help businesses identify AI use cases and assist with early prototyping.
