Manage the Wing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) program in accordance with DAF and AFRL policies.
Receive, log, track, and distribute incoming FOIA requests.
Maintain FOIA tracking systems, standard operating procedures, and program documentation.
Coordinate with Wing leadership, the AFRL FOIA Manager, and Base FOIA Office.
Provide guidance and training to FOIA Points of Contact (POCs).

Ensure compliance with Privacy Act, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and applicable DoD and DAF regulations.
Coordinate records management using Content Server/Livelink and other approved systems.
Ensure electronic records are accurately classified, tagged, searchable, and securely maintained.
Manage the complete records lifecycle, including creation, maintenance, retention, and disposition.
Apply approved Records Disposition Schedules (RDS) for temporary and permanent records.
Maintain compliance with the Federal Records Act, National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), AFRL, and DAF policies.
Support Staff Assistance Visits (SAVs) and Inspector General (IG) inspections.
Conduct records inventories, quality assurance reviews, and corrective action tracking.
Provide training to personnel on records management, FOIA, Privacy Act, and compliance requirements.
Monitor completion of required Privacy Act and Records Management training and report compliance metrics to leadership.
Complete all mandatory Federal, DoD, and DAF training requirements within required timelines.
Minority- and service-disabled veteran-owned defense contractor providing advisory, technical, and IT services to federal DoD clients.
