- Prepare and cook pizzas (dough, sauces, toppings) according to recipes and quality standards
- Prepare and cook different types of pasta dishes
- Assist in burger preparation when required
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen (food safety standards)
- Manage food preparation timing during busy hours
- Monitor stock levels and inform the kitchen supervisor of shortages
- Follow kitchen procedures and work as part of a team
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pizza maker or Italian Cuisine
- Experience in pasta preparation is mandatory
- Basic experience in burger preparation is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Team player with good attitude and work ethics
- Availability to work flexible shifts

Job Summary
- We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pizza & Pasta Chef who also has basic experience in burgers to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should be able to prepare high quality Italian style pizzas and pastas, maintain kitchen standards, and support burger preparation when needed.
