Role Overview

Maintain and service kitchen and laundry equipment to high operational standards.

Support culinary and housekeeping operations and help provide consistent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, maintain, and repair ovens, stoves, grills, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, and exhaust systems.
  • Maintain washers, dryers, steamers, and ironers.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Respond to urgent repair requests from kitchen and housekeeping departments.
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and complete repairs or recommend replacements.
  • Coordinate specialized vendors for complex repairs and parts procurement.
  • Follow health, safety, and fire regulations for electrical and gas-powered appliances.
  • Document maintenance activities and equipment service history.
  • Assist with new equipment installation and setup.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop and tool inventory.
