- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant including dining area, kitchen, washrooms, and storage areas.
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors, tables, chairs, and other surfaces regularly.
- Wash dishes, kitchen utensils, and equipment when required.
- Dispose of garbage and ensure waste bins are emptied and cleaned on time.
- Assist kitchen and service staff in maintaining a clean and organized working environment.
- Ensure cleaning materials and equipment are used properly and stored safely.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and food safety standards of the restaurant.
- Support the team with basic cleaning tasks during busy hours.
