Job Overview
- The Kiosk Sales Representative plays a key role in the luxury retail team, focusing on premium scents, home and workplace aromas, and high end diffusers.
- Based in a high traffic indoor retail setting such as a mall or department store, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Duties include presenting high end fragrance products, providing personalized scent consultations, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Use strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Present and demonstrate products effectively, highlighting key features, benefits, and promotions.
- Confidently answer product related questions to help customers make informed decisions.
- Close sales by addressing objections, upselling related products, and offering bundle or promotional deals.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, refunds, and exchanges.
- Accurately handle cash, credit, and digital payments, ensuring correct change and receipts.
- Keep daily sales records and reports organized for end of shift reconciliation.
- Keep the kiosk clean, tidy, and visually appealing at all times.
- Replenish stock regularly and organize displays to attract customer interest.
- Follow visual merchandising guidelines and ensure brand consistency in presentation.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or direct sales experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not always required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer service and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
