Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the psychological and developmental needs of students, in alignment with UAE ADEK and Ministry of Education Standards
- Develop and implement subject specific curricula and lesson plans, ensuring compliance with educational standards and individual learning needs
- Assess and evaluate student knowledge and progress objectively using tests, assignments, and other assessment tools
- Track and analyze student progress and attainment, providing timely feedback and implementing strategies to support academic growth
- Prepare students for assessments and examinations
- Contribute to the preparation and readiness for school inspections
- Organize and lead extracurricular activities
- Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Under the guidance of the Head of Kindergarten
- Design and deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the psychological and developmental needs of students, in alignment with UAE ADEK and Ministry of Education Standards.
- Develop and implement subject specific curricula and lesson plans, ensuring compliance with educational standards and individual learning needs, while integrating innovative teaching methods.
- Assess and evaluate student knowledge and progress objectively using tests, assignments, and other assessment tools, maintaining detailed records of academic performance and attainment.
- Track and analyze student progress and attainment, providing timely feedback and implementing strategies to support academic growth and achievement.
- Prepare students for assessments and examinations, ensuring they are well equipped to meet academic benchmarks and achieve high performance.
- Contribute to the preparation and readiness for school inspections, including National Identity Inspections, Compliance Visits, and Irtiqqa Inspections.
- Work together with the KG Department and the school for the NI and Cultural Consideration training sessions, National celebrations and so forth;
- Organize and lead extracurricular activities, such as subject competitions, thematic events, and other initiatives.
- Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians, providing updates on student progress, attainment, and addressing academic or behavioral concerns.
- Engage in professional development through participation in seminars, workshops, and educational programs.
- Adhere to ethical, legal, and safety standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation, critical thinking, and collaboration among students.
Additional Duties
- Support the holistic development of students by addressing their intellectual, emotional, and moral growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administrators to develop and enhance the overall educational experience.
- Ensure proper handling of teaching materials and classroom resources.
- Monitor and promote student adherence to the school’s code of conduct.
- Supervise the students during their trips, excursions, events outside the school premises.
- Fairly mark, grade and give written/verbal and diagnostic feedback as required.
- Report to parents on each child's development, progress, and achievement on a regular basis.
- Contribute to the process of the ordering and allocation of equipment, materials and resources.
- Alert the appropriate staff about the problems experienced by students and make recommendations.
- Other relevant to the role duties and responsibilities.
