Role Overview
Provide infant care and early childhood education in a nurturing early years environment in Doha, Qatar.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom where children feel secure and supported.
Support learning, development, well-being, daily routines, and positive relationships with families and colleagues.
Teaching and Care Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education for infants.
- Plan age-appropriate activities for physical, emotional, social, sensory, and cognitive development.
- Observe and document progress, routines, and developmental milestones.
- Maintain feeding, sleeping, toileting, and play routines.
- Support communication, curiosity, and confidence through responsive play-based learning.
Classroom and Family Responsibilities
- Keep the classroom clean, organized, and appropriately resourced.
- Build positive relationships with parents and guardians through regular communication and feedback.
- Follow safeguarding, health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff.
- Participate in meetings, training, and school activities.
