- Welcome customers and assist parents with admission procedures
- Process ticket sales, memberships, birthday party bookings, and other services
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately through the POS system
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records
- Answer customer inquiries regarding pricing, promotions, and play area rules
- Monitor guest entry and exit procedures
- Coordinate with play area attendants regarding customer requirements
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and cashier area
- Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile cash drawers
- Promote memberships, packages, and special events to increase sales
Requirements
- Experience in cash handling and POS systems

Job Summary

Pay
- AED 2,500.00 AED 3,000.00 per month
