Job Description

The Kids Club Manager oversees daily operations of the children’s recreational facility.

The role ensures a safe, fun, and educational environment for young guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise childcare professionals.
  • Develop age-appropriate activities and programs.
  • Enforce health, safety, and child protection protocols.
  • Manage the Kids Club budget and purchase supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain attendance, emergency contact, and incident records.
  • Provide customer service to parents and children.
  • Collaborate on family-friendly experiences and promotions.
  • Conduct staff training and maintain service standards.
  • Evaluate programs and implement improvements.
  • Keep the Kids Club clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in childcare, education, or recreational settings, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of child development, childcare best practices, and local child protection regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and childcare management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Patience, empathy, creativity, enthusiasm, and passion for working with children.
