Job Overview
Seeking a strategic and visionary Key Accounts Manager to lead distribution sales growth in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing distributors as their primary contact for sales inquiries and support.
- Identify potential new distributors, conduct market research, and assess distributor suitability.
- Work with marketing on sales strategies, promotional materials, and distributor product training resources.
- Analyze sales performance, distributor feedback, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct distributor sales meetings, training sessions, and product presentations.
- Coordinate order processing, delivery, and resolution of distributor-related issues with internal teams.
- Prepare sales forecasts and management reports on distributor performance, market conditions, and growth opportunities.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and strengthen relationships.
- Comply with quality, environmental health, and safety management systems and implement good safety practices.
