Job Purpose
The HR Generalist supports and executes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, compensation and benefits, training coordination, and UAE Labour Law compliance.
The role delivers HR services while contributing to employee engagement and organizational success.
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions and coordinate workforce requirements with hiring managers.
- Screen candidates, schedule interviews, facilitate hiring decisions, prepare offers and contracts, and coordinate onboarding and induction.
- Maintain recruitment records and employee files.
Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries and support grievance and workplace issue resolution.
- Promote positive employee relations and engagement initiatives, ensure policy compliance, conduct exit interviews, and analyze feedback trends.
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, legal files, HR letters, and employment certificates.
