Job Description Summary
This role is part of the Tamheer Program, a six-month on-the-job training initiative for fresh graduates.
The Key Account Specialist is a customer-facing role supporting sales and account management activities.
The position focuses on maintaining and growing assigned account relationships, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
The role operates within established processes and guidelines with some decision-making autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales activities for assigned accounts; adding new customers is rare and subject to review.
- Assist in managing key accounts within the business group or P&L.
- Develop working knowledge of healthcare products, solutions, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the senior commercial team to execute strategies and achieve targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide documentation, reporting, and updates on account activities.
- Communicate technical and commercial information clearly with customers and internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, radiology, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
- Sales or account management experience is preferred, particularly in healthcare or imaging solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Not registered in GOSI during the past six months.
- Eligibility for the Tamheer program.

- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute programs effectively.
- Familiarity with healthcare imaging technologies and market trends.
- Strong project management and customer relationship skills.
