Job Purpose

To manage key customer accounts across UAE, Kuwait, KSA, and other regions by driving sales growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth commercial execution across assigned accounts.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts including Redtag, Babyshop, Safeer, Nasser Sports, Daboos, Dunia Stores, Six Flags, and other assigned customers.
  • Develop business opportunities across existing and new categories along with the reporting manager.
  • Handle quotations, negotiations, approvals, and order closures.
  • Coordinate internally for costing, sourcing inputs, samples, and submissions.
  • Follow up on delivery timelines and customer commitments.
  • Maintain regular communication with regional customers.
  • Identify new customers and regional opportunities along with the reporting manager.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalations promptly.
