Key Account Manager - On The Go

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the triple Win Model, and to deliver Ferrero topline Sales and Revenue with assigned accounts.
• Support the Sales Director in defining the sales strategies (targets, programs, commercial initiatives and promotional policies) for the assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with the retail organization to enable success in store as well as ensuring that all retail initiatives are aligned with Ferrero's strategic goals.
• Align trade spend and budget investments with business objectives.
• Develop volume forecasts, budgets, and Annual Business Plan recommendations to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Monitor spending and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with Sales Leadership, category buyers, customers, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide updates on sales activities, business performance, and market trends.
• Build deep marketplace knowledge and collaborate effectively with Merchandisers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and execute customer growth strategies and Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
• Identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, and corrective actions to drive sales and profitability.
