Position Summary
Manage and grow strategic retail customer relationships in grocery and mass merchandise channels.
Serve as the primary business lead for assigned national or regional accounts, driving revenue, profitability, category expansion, and execution.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, demand planning, finance, operations, and category management teams.
Account Management and Sales
- Serve as the primary contact for retail customers and build relationships with buyers, category managers, merchandising managers, and senior retail leaders.
- Lead business planning, customer agreements, pricing, promotional programs, trade spending, distribution, assortment, and shelf presence.
- Set and deliver sales volume, revenue, market share, and profitability targets.
- Develop account growth strategies, product listings, launch plans, pricing strategies, and promotional improvements.
Analytics and Trade Management
- Analyze POS data, syndicated data, and customer performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop fact-based selling presentations and recommendations for assortment, pricing, merchandising, and promotions.
