Job purpose
Manage and grow strategic e-commerce partners and online marketplace sales performance.
Act as the primary account contact while driving mutual growth, negotiating favorable terms and improving digital brand presence and operational efficiency.
Account strategy and sales growth
- Develop data-driven account plans to achieve sales, margin and market share targets.
- Identify product opportunities, promotional strategies and digital marketing collaborations.
- Conduct business reviews with performance insights, market trends and strategic recommendations.
- Negotiate annual contracts, terms, pricing and promotional calendars.
E-commerce operations
- Monitor conversion rate, traffic, inventory levels, in-stock rate and return rate.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics on demand forecasting and inventory flow.
- Oversee product listings, including titles, descriptions, images and enhanced content, across product information and digital asset systems.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Lead collaboration with Marketing on advertising, social media campaigns and content development.
