About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and grow corporate accounts for fresh flowers, plants, and floral gifting solutions
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients, including hotels, offices, banks, real estate developers, hospitals, luxury retailers, and event companies
- Manage key accounts and maintain long term client relationships
- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Coordinate with operations and floral design teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Lead and mentor the corporate sales team where applicable
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5–10 years of B2B/corporate sales experience
- Experience in the flower, floral, horticulture, gifting, luxury retail, or event industry is preferred
- Strong network of corporate clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid driving license (preferred)
