Responsibilities
- Build, maintain and expand strong professional relationships with kitchen consultants, hotel owners and operators, developers, procurement teams, F&B leaders, engineering and technical teams, contractors, kitchen houses and other project stakeholders across the GCC
- Manage the complete project sales cycle from concept, design and product specification through demonstrations, tender preparation, quotation, value engineering, commercial negotiation, order placement and sales closure
- Develop strategic account plans for selected hotel groups, owners, operators and project stakeholders
- Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and pipeline reviews
- Coordinate closely with Corporate Chefs, Service, Operations, Marketing, Finance, regional management and the Head Office in Italy
- Represent Unox professionally at consultant meetings, hotel group reviews, project presentations, trade fairs, industry events and networking activities
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering/Economics
- Proven experience in key account management, project sales and/or tender based sales
- Extensive knowledge of the kitchen consultant landscape across the GCC
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution
- Availability for extensive travel across the GCC (potentially 70% or more)

Main Responsibilities
- Build, maintain and expand strong professional relationships with kitchen consultants, hotel owners and operators, developers, procurement teams, F&B leaders, engineering and technical teams, contractors, kitchen houses and other project stakeholders across the GCC.
- Manage the complete project sales cycle from concept, design and product specification through demonstrations, tender preparation, quotation, value engineering, commercial negotiation, order placement and sales closure.
- Develop strategic account plans for selected hotel groups, owners, operators and project stakeholders, with clear revenue targets, relationship objectives and opportunity pipelines.
- Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and pipeline reviews to support production planning, resource allocation and business decision making.
- Coordinate closely with Corporate Chefs, Service, Operations, Marketing, Finance, regional management and the Head Office in Italy to deliver demonstrations, technical support, proposals and successful project execution.
- Represent Unox professionally at consultant meetings, hotel group reviews, project presentations, trade fairs, industry events and relevant networking activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering/Economics.
- Proven experience in key account management, project sales and/or tender based sales, with a demonstrable record of developing and closing significant, multi stakeholder opportunities.
- Extensive knowledge of the kitchen consultant landscape across the GCC, supported by established and active relationships with leading consultants in the region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage effectively at consultant, technical, procurement and senior management levels.
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and coordinate effectively across a multicultural, multi layered international organisation.
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution, attention to detail, personal accountability and a consistent focus on results.
- Availability for extensive travel across the GCC and wider region, potentially 70% or more depending on business requirements.
