- Develop and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with key accounts in the Beverage FMCG sector
- Identify growth opportunities and create strategic plans to increase account revenue and market share
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements and promotions
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights and recommend actions to senior management
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction
- Monitor and report on account performance using KPIs and sales metrics to achieve targets
- Resolve clients' concerns professionally and provide high level support to strengthen business partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager (Off Trade) or similar role within the Beverage FMCG industry
- Strong understanding of FMCG dynamics and the UAE market landscape
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable business strategies
- Self motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel within the UAE as required
