About the Role
ALPLA Group is seeking a Key Account Executive (Saudi National) in Jeddah to manage B2B sales accounts and drive revenue growth. The role requires 4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or plastic packaging.

Responsibilities
- Ensures operating daily under ALPLA's safety standards & regulations
- Responsible for the development and achievement of related sales targets for the accounts under his/her responsibility
- Acts as the account manager for the related accounts handling all related daily sales related operations
- Assist in generating new business opportunities through supporting in pricing and business plans/quotations
- Acts as the key interface between our related customers in the region and all relevant internal divisions
- Participates in tenders/RFQs and follow up actions (prices, offers, negotiations, project follow ups etc.)
- Meets assigned target budget for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs
Requirements
- Min 4 years College Degree in related field
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Preferably within manufacturing industry and preferable plastic packaging
- Excellent relationship building skills and communication skills in English and Arabic
- Knowledge in MS office (Excel, Word, Power Point) & CRM
- Has analytical and problem solving skills
- Highly self motivated and self driven
- Strong team player

Education/ Professional Qualifications
- Min 4 years College Degree in related field, Master's degree is a plus
Experience
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales and preferably within manufacturing industry and preferable plastic packaging.
Qualifications/ Skills/ Personal Competencies
- Excellent relationship building skills and communication skills in English, Arabic and French is a plus.
- Knowledge in MS office (Excel, Word, Power Point) & CRM
- Has analytical and problem solving skills
- Highly self motivated and self driven
- Enthusiasm for a demanding industrial product and technical understanding
