- Manage and grow relationships with strategic retail and distribution partners
- Maintain regular contact with key accounts, negotiate pricing and promotional agreements
- Ensure timely execution of listings, activations, and in store visibility
- Monitor sales performance, analyze account data, and prepare reports to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align account plans with business objectives
- Resolve service or delivery issues and support new product launches across the assigned customer portfolio
Requirements
- Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development within FMCG, beverages, or related consumer goods sectors
- Strong skills in relationship building, negotiation, and stakeholder management with retail and distribution partners
- Ability to analyze sales data, prepare account performance reports, and use insights to drive commercial decisions
- Solid understanding of trade marketing, in store activation, and merchandising practices in modern and traditional trade channels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts and projects in a fast paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Familiarity with the UAE market and willingness to work on site in Dubai, including occasional field visits
- Arabic language skills are an advantage

Role Description
- The Key Account Executive is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, responsible for managing and growing relationships with strategic retail and distribution partners.
- Day to day tasks include maintaining regular contact with key accounts, negotiating pricing and promotional agreements, and ensuring timely execution of listings, activations, and in store visibility.
- The role involves monitoring sales performance, analyzing account data, and preparing reports to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- The Key Account Executive will collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align account plans with overall business objectives, resolve service or delivery issues, and support new product launches across the assigned customer portfolio.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development within FMCG, beverages, or related consumer goods sectors.
