We are looking for a skilled and passionate Kebab Chef to join our kitchen team.
The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing various types of kebabs, grilling meats, and maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook different types of kebabs and grilled dishes
Marinate meats and prepare ingredients according to recipes
Operate grills and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
Monitor stock levels and inform management about required supplies
Follow food safety and health regulations
Work efficiently during busy hours and coordinate with kitchen staff
Requirements
Previous experience as a Kebab Chef or Grill Chef in UAE
Knowledge of Middle Eastern, Persian, or Arabic kebab preparation is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
