Job Description
We are looking for a talented and hardworking Baker to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Operate bakery equipment and ovens safely and efficiently
- Ensure freshness, quality, and presentation of baked products
- Monitor inventory levels and report ingredient shortages
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bakery area
- Follow food safety and health regulations
- Assist in developing new bakery items and recipes when required
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Baker
- Knowledge of baking techniques and bakery equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
