Job Title: Medical Receptionist (WE NEED Ka-BAYAN ONLY)

• Mandatory experience in medical or dental reception (hotel experience will not be considered)

The Medical/Dental Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, patients, and staff.

This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently to support smooth clinic operations.

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls appropriately
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Guide visitors to the appropriate department or staff member
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times

• Handle patient inquiries in person, via phone, or email
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
• Assist with billing, insurance coordination, or documentation (if required)
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow

• Proven experience as a medical or dental receptionist
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with clinic management systems is a plus
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and attitude

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per hour
