We Are Social is seeking a Junior Video Editor to work in Dubai.
The role supports dynamic campaigns across fashion, lifestyle, food and beverage, and technology.
Workplace
- The role is based onsite in Dubai, with four days in the office and the ability to work from home on Fridays.
What You’ll Do
- Review shooting scripts and raw footage to create structured, engaging edits.
- Collaborate with creative teams from concept through final cut.
- Develop motion graphics and title animations using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
- Color grade and sound design videos for a professional finish across platforms.
- Archive and manage content assets for future reuse and adaptation.
- Pitch visual approaches for new campaigns and formats.
- Stay current with video trends, tools, and editing techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience in video editing and motion design; agency experience is advantageous.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Arabic and English proficiency for text localization and subtitling.
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling.
- Strong eye for design and aesthetics with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with color correction and grading workflows.
- Ability to solve problems independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborative attitude and ability to give and receive feedback.
