Role Overview
The Client Service Intern will be exposed to account management in the creative and social media industry.
The internship is intended to support a career in client service within the creative and social media space.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams on project delivery.
- Research potential influencers based on brand and client fit.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for client insights.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
