Overview
Works as part of the master planning team, performing and completing work on defined segments of a project under the guidance and supervision of a Senior Urban Designer/Master Planner or nominated supervisor.
Your Role
- Adopt creative and innovative solutions to assigned tasks and develop appropriate research and documentation to support these solutions.
- Conduct pro-active coordination with internal design disciplines to achieve a high quality, consistent set of reports, presentations and project document.
- Contributes to team KPIs such as marketing materials, thought leadership, team activities.
- Compile and organize planning documents and data.
- Coordinate basic logistics for planning sessions or events.
- Meeting or exceeding client expectations on assignments.
Skills
- About you
- Evidence of good Urban Designer/Master Planner/ Architecture and design understanding.
- Effective communication.
- High quality report writing skills and / or GIS / AutoCAD / Rhino/ Sketchup/ Adobe Suite / PPT.
- AI, Copilot, Gamini, Nano banana
- Good organisational skills.
- Self-motivation and proactive attitude.
- Ability and will to update knowledge.
Qualifications Required
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Degree in Architecture/ Landscape/ Urban Planning/ and or Masters in Urban Design/ Master Planning or equivalent.
- Working towards recognition in chosen profession (e.g. AIA, RIBA, ARB, RTPI).
