Responsibilities
- Handle flight ticketing (issuance, reissuance, refunds, and cancellations) via GDS and airline portals
- Design and sell holiday packages — domestic and international itineraries, hotels, transfers, and tours
- Process visa applications for various destinations and advise clients on documentation and requirements
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk ins
- Provide accurate quotations and follow up on leads to close bookings
- Maintain booking records and coordinate with suppliers and airlines
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a travel agency (freshers with strong knowledge may be considered)
- Working knowledge of ticketing systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo preferred)
- Understanding of visa procedures for UAE and popular destinations
- Good communication skills in English
- Sales driven attitude with strong customer service skills
- Currently based in the UAE
