Reporting to the Team Leader(s) a Junior Transaction Manager is responsible for the ongoing management of a portfolio of 35-45 transactions.

Junior Transaction Manager responsibilities include the timely collection and analysis of financial statements, interpretation of deal terms, and the ongoing servicing of existing clients.

A Junior Transaction Manager will collaborate with other TMG members in order to progress their understanding and knowledge of syndicated loans and leverage the Asia Pacific Loan Market Associations resources.
