Job Description
Parsons is seeking a Junior Stakeholder Engineer to join its team in Qatar.
The role supports the project team in representing the program externally with public authorities, regulators, utilities, and other third parties.
The position is intended for an early-career professional with exposure to stakeholder coordination on infrastructure projects.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support management of project deliverables and coordinate with authorities and stakeholders to help achieve project goals.
- Assist in planning stakeholder objectives and developing delivery methods aligned with client, contract, and corporate requirements.
- Support stakeholder coordination and help resolve conflicting requirements to keep approvals and project activities on track.
- Prepare progress updates, reports, and stakeholder trackers with interdisciplinary teams.
- Participate in design and stakeholder meetings, capture actions, and ensure follow-up.
- Liaise with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors on design-related and stakeholder coordination matters.
- Prepare draft reports, letters, and submissions as required.
- Support coordination with key stakeholders and authorities for smooth asset handover at completion.
- Contribute stakeholder inputs to weekly and monthly reports and flag potential delays.
- Visit stakeholders, follow up on applications, and update status regularly.
