Role Overview
Parsons is seeking a Junior Stakeholder Engineer to join its team in Qatar.
The role supports external representation with public authorities, regulators, utilities, and other third parties on infrastructure projects.
The position reports to the Stakeholder Manager and is intended for an early-career professional.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Support project deliverables and coordinate with authorities and stakeholders to help achieve project goals.
- Assist with stakeholder objectives, coordination activities, conflicting requirements, and approval tracking.
- Liaise with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors on design and stakeholder coordination matters.
Reporting and Handover
- Assist interdisciplinary teams with progress updates, reports, and stakeholder trackers.
- Participate in design and stakeholder meetings, capture actions, and ensure follow-up.
- Prepare draft reports, letters, and submissions.
- Support stakeholder and authority coordination for asset handover and report potential delays.
