Transaction Management
Record and maintain routine accounting transactions.
Assist with the preparation and posting of journal entries.
Perform assigned bank, balance sheet, and general ledger reconciliations.
Identify discrepancies and work with senior team members to resolve them.
Maintain accurate and complete supporting documentation.
Accounts Payable
Process vendor invoices and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained.
Assist with preparing vendor payments.
Maintain accurate vendor records and supporting documentation.
Respond to routine vendor inquiries and assist with resolving invoice discrepancies.
Month-End Close and Financial Reporting
Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
Prepare basic account reconciliations and supporting schedules.
Assist the accounting team with financial reporting and data requests.
Help ensure accounting tasks are completed accurately and within established deadlines.
Audit Support
Gather and organize documentation requested for internal and external audits.
Assist with interim and annual audit activities as required.
