- Assist in building relationships with technical teams at assigned customer accounts
- Collaborate with senior architects to provide technical inputs and support the Sales team
- Support development of proposals and assist in responding to RFPs
- Assist in designing and presenting technical solutions
- Participate in technical sales conversations
- Support engineering and sales teams in securing technical wins by preparing materials and executing PoCs
- Provide foundational technical guidance to drive product adoption
- Conduct regular check ins with customers under senior guidance
- Document customer use cases and contribute to internal knowledge bases
Requirements
- Foundational technical background with exposure to pre sales, solution engineering, or technical customer support in Saudi Arabia
- Familiarity with Red Hat product portfolio and key domains like hybrid cloud, automation (Ansible), containerization (Kubernetes/OpenShift), DevOps, and virtualization
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Exposure to customer success, technical account planning, or related customer facing roles
- Good discovery, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate across functions
- Solid organization and prioritization skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
