Junior Software Engineer

We’re looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join our Product Engineering team.

This role will help build, enhance, and support our business process automation platform using modern .NET technologies and will work closely with product managers, designers, senior developers, and engineering stakeholders . It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and continuously learning new technologies while making an impact by helping organizations modernize legacy systems and accelerate digital transformation.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to develop and support software applications.

Analyze business and technical requirements and contribute to software design using object-oriented programming principles.

Develop, maintain, and enhance features within Decisions’ business automation platform.

Participate in debugging, performance testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Contribute to agile development processes and deliver high-quality code in a collaborative team environment.
