FurnFlex Interiors is hiring a Junior Site Supervisor for civil and interior works on a residential tower project in Kalwa, Thane.
The role is full time and requires 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise modular furniture measurement, installation, and execution.
- Supervise false ceiling, tiling, painting, and electrical fitting works.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, clients, designers, and the site team.
- Verify measurements and ensure execution meets requirements.
- Receive materials and conduct quantity and quality checks.
- Verify material challans and bills.
- Monitor daily activities and timely completion.
- Maintain site records and manage the site through project completion.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant civil and interior site supervision experience.
- Hands-on modular furniture measurement and installation experience is mandatory.
- Knowledge of interior execution and finishing works.
- Strong coordination, communication, site management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Understanding of material checking, challans, and bill verification.
