The Estimation Engineer will prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and project budgets for interior fit-out works.

- Review architectural, interior, and MEP drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and rate analyses for interior works.
- Coordinate with design, project, procurement, and accounts teams.
- Obtain vendor and subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Recommend cost-effective alternatives and assist with value engineering and cost optimization.
- Support tender preparation, bid submissions, and client clarifications.
- Maintain cost databases, material rates, vendor records, and estimation documentation.
- Monitor project budgets and update cost projections during execution.
- Track current market rates, materials, products, and industry trends.
