Role Overview
Support the smooth execution of multifamily construction projects from preconstruction estimates through on-site coordination.
Work closely with the Project Director on site operations, equipment, procurement, materials, and project tracking.
Site Operations Support
- Support daily coordination, sequencing, and progress tracking against the project schedule.
- Coordinate delivery, staging, and movement of materials, equipment, tables, crane sections, crane picks, and placements.
- Identify, track, and communicate deficiencies and outstanding work items.
Equipment
- Update site and equipment logs, including inspections, deficiencies, and upcoming renewal dates.
- Track equipment and accessories inventory across assigned CapWest and Onni sites.
- Coordinate service calls or equipment swaps with office and equipment teams.
- Track and submit equipment-related documentation.
Procurement and Materials
- Place orders for materials, tools, consumables, and trucking through the office Purchasing team.
- Receive site deliveries, verify quantities, and send packing slips, photos, and documentation to the office and Purchasing desk the same day.
