Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Junior Server to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone starting their career in hospitality who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating when required
- Support senior servers in taking orders and serving food and beverages
- Ensure tables are set up, cleaned, and maintained to high standards
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist in clearing tables and resetting for the next guests
- Follow all hygiene, health, and safety standards
- Respond to guest requests and escalate concerns when necessary
- Support team members during busy service periods
Requirements
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of food hygiene standards
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
