Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers within SME and trading markets across the UAE
- Conduct regular market visits to develop relationships with importers, exporters, and trading companies
- Build and maintain a database of prospective customers and new business opportunities
- Generate new business opportunities within the SME and trading segments through regular market visits and customer outreach
- Develop and manage a portfolio of small and medium sized customers, particularly within the trading community
- Follow up on enquiries and quotations to convert opportunities into confirmed business
- Identify opportunities to promote Cozmo Logistics services across air freight, sea freight, and related logistics solutions
- Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their logistics needs
- Assist with onboarding new customers and developing long term relationships
- Coordinate with the pricing and operations teams to support quotation preparation and shipment execution
Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in logistics sales, freight forwarding, or related industry
- Fresh graduates with logistics or supply chain background may also be considered
- Knowledge of UAE trading market is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred

Job Purpose
- The Junior Sales Executive will support the sales team in developing new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
- The role will focus primarily on lead generation, market outreach, and developing relationships within SME and trading segments, while supporting senior sales executives in converting opportunities into business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers within SME and trading markets across the UAE.
- Conduct regular market visits to develop relationships with importers, exporters, and trading companies.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective customers and new business opportunities.
- Generate new business opportunities within the SME and trading segments through regular market visits and customer outreach.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of small and medium sized customers, particularly within the trading community.
- Follow up on enquiries and quotations to convert opportunities into confirmed business.
- Identify opportunities to promote Cozmo Logistics services across air freight, sea freight, and related logistics solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their logistics needs.

- Ensure timely communication of customer requirements to internal teams.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct field sales and customer visits.
- Basic understanding of freight forwarding services and logistics processes.
- Ability to build customer relationships and identify business opportunities.
- Self motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in a sales role.
Experience & Qualifications
- 1–2 years experience in logistics sales, freight forwarding, or related industry.
- Fresh graduates with logistics or supply chain background may also be considered.
- Knowledge of UAE trading market is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred.
