Role Overview
Support aftermarket sales and customer service for spare parts and related products.
Manage customer enquiries, quotations, orders, stock information, delivery follow-up, and sales records.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries for spare parts and aftermarket products.
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately.
- Check parts availability, pricing, and stock status.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, suppliers, and sales teams for order fulfilment.
- Follow up on pending orders, backorders, and deliveries.
- Coordinate customer updates on order status and delivery schedules.
- Maintain parts records and documentation.
- Update sales orders, stock, and customer information in SAP or ERP systems.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock reconciliation.
- Prepare reports on parts sales, orders, stock, and pending enquiries.
- Coordinate with Finance on invoices, payments, and related documentation.
- Support Aftermarket sales and customer service targets.
Skills and Systems
- Spare parts and aftermarket product knowledge is central to the role.
- The role uses SAP or ERP systems for sales order, stock, and customer information updates.
- The role requires coordination across customers, warehouse, procurement, suppliers, sales, and Finance.
