Key responsibilities
- Support implementation of HSSE/HSEMS systems in line with ADNOC and legal requirements.
- Develop and update HSSE policies, procedures and manuals.
- Conduct inspections, risk assessments and audits across ADOC sites.
- Monitor HSSE performance, incidents and near-miss reporting.
- Support and deliver HSSE training, awareness programmes and workshops.
- Monitor and audit contractor HSE compliance at worksites.
- Support HSSE studies and project activities with consultants.
- Coordinate with internal departments, contractors and ADNOC stakeholders.
Requirements
- Knowledge of HSSE/HSEMS systems aligned with ADNOC and applicable legal requirements.
- Ability to conduct HSSE inspections, risk assessments and audits across operational sites.
- Ability to monitor contractor HSE compliance at worksites.
- Ability to support HSSE training, awareness programmes and workshops.
