- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to convert opportunities into orders
- Assist in project tracking, order processing, and customer relationship management
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction
- Maintain regular visits to customers and consultants to strengthen business relationships
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and upcoming projects

Overview
- Al Tayer Engineering is looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Sales Engineer – BMS to join our growing Building Management Systems (BMS) team.
- The successful candidate will support business development activities and drive sales of BMS, PICV, BTU Meters, Thermostats, VAVs, and related energy management solutions in Abu Dhabi Market.
- This role offers an excellent opportunity for engineering graduates and early career sales professionals to develop their technical and commercial expertise within the building automation industry.
Functional Roles and Responsibilities
