Position Overview
- The Evolutionary Genomics laboratory in the Division of Science, New York University Abu Dhabi, seeks to recruit a junior research scientist starting September 1, 2026.
- The successful applicant will assist senior researchers on a diversity of projects related to the area of adaptation genomics.
- The candidate will work in a multidisciplinary environment consisting of PhD level scientists, graduate students and undergraduate students.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior researchers on projects related to adaptation genomics.
- Responsible for the daily maintenance of the lab.
- Organization and management of our large collection of samples.
- Perform molecular biology experiments.
- Perform bioinformatics analysis.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in biology.
