Job Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting activities from requisition intake through onboarding.
- Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
- Identify and engage candidates for Information Technology, Cybersecurity, and other technical positions supporting Federal Government contracts.
- Conduct resume reviews and candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, technical experience, certifications, and alignment with position requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Prepare candidate profiles and resumes for presentation to hiring managers and clients.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within SmartRecruiters and other recruitment systems.
- Support proposal and business development recruiting efforts when required.
- Coordinate with Human Resources regarding offer letters, onboarding activities, and new hire orientation.
- Coordinate with security personnel regarding clearance requirements and candidate processing.
- Assist with employee referral program initiatives.
- Represent Link Solutions at career fairs, networking events, and recruiting activities.
- Utilize social media and digital recruiting strategies to enhance employer branding and attract qualified candidates.
- Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with hiring managers, candidates, universities, professional organizations, and recruiting partners.
