Overview
- RE/MAX Smart Concept Real Estate is expanding its residential sales team and is seeking **Junior Property Consultants** with **proven closing experience** and a strong work ethic.

- Accountability through CRM tracking

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert qualified buyer inquiries
- Conduct property viewings and client consultations
- Maintain accurate activity and deal tracking through CRM
- Follow defined sales targets and reporting standards
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Compensation Structure
- Basic salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000
- Commission on closed transactions
- Additional incentives for self-generated leads and referrals
Key Requirements
- Minimum **1 year experience in real estate sales**
- Demonstrated closing experience (mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work within structured targets and reporting systems
- UAE driving license (required)
- Currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
