About The Role
RE/MAX Smart Concept Real Estate is expanding its residential sales team and is looking for motivated Junior Property Consultants with proven closing experience.
This role is ideal for agents who are already active in the market and want to grow within a structured, performance-driven environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle and convert qualified buyer inquiries
- Conduct property viewings and client consultations
- Maintain accurate tracking of activities and deals through CRM
- Work within defined sales targets and reporting systems
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
What We Offer
- Performance allowance: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 per month
- Commission on closed deals
- Additional incentives for self-generated leads and referrals

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience
- Proven closing experience (mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work within structured targets and CRM systems
- UAE driving license (required)
- Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate

- Actively working with serious and qualified buyers
- Performance-driven and disciplined
- Comfortable working with targets and accountability
- Looking to build consistent income through structured sales
